Ashley Draklich

Ashley is devoted to introspection, self-discovery, and service.
She first stepped onto the mat in her early twenties, unaware of how profoundly yoga would alter the course of her life. After cultivating a dedicated home practice, she completed two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, deepening her understanding of yogic philosophy, meditation, and pranayama. She is currently earning her 300-hour RYT certification, with a continued passion for growth and refinement as both a student and teacher.

Ashley leads mindfulness retreats and experiences rooted in presence, curiosity, and connection. Her classes are designed as containers—spaces where students feel safe to explore their inner knowing, bodies, and hearts.

With a playful approach to teaching, Ashley aims to help students tap into their innate wisdom and appreciate life’s simple pleasures. Expect to sweat, breathe, and expand—especially in her Power and Sculpt classes, where music fuels the movement, dancing is encouraged, and strength is built with joy.

Come play. Come feel. Come home to yourself."
